2. Strategic Consulting & Audit Services For our higher-tier consulting services, SEO audits, and strategy workshops, we allocate dedicated professional time.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your consultation or audit request within 24 hours of payment, provided our team has not already commenced work or delivered the initial strategy brief.
- Refunds: If a valid cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be initiated.
3. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
